	Trip on Friday
Starting at noon, I can go in Ollys Ural combination.So I can take some pictures and do not have to mess with my snow chains. Right: Olly from Munich, dressing.

Olly, before going uphill. The sign said "Use road on your own risk". We did.

Nice gravel road

The Spechtenseehütte is very nice, and good for an excellent meal !
This is Richard from the Netherlands. He has four (4) snow chains on his BMW DuoDrive combi (yes, on the spare tire too). Right: Gerts mighty BMW.

	Green valley, phantastic views.
The name of this little vilage reads "Ketten" - like in Schneeketten (snow chains) ... Along we go, driving the Trieben valley to its very end (roadwise spoken): the Bergerhuabn is another little inn, where we have a hot drink before ascending to the Treffen place again.
During our trip, Juergen Thurow tried his Honda CBX combination on the way up the toll road. He had to give up, as his self made snow chain replacements broke. He turned and drove home to Germany - 300 meters before the Treffen place ...	This was a fine day. Tomorrow at eight there will another trip for those who like to get up early and ride the long tour with us ... we think..
